Hi from Dave Bowers.  With Kathy (Dr. Kathryn) Fuller I am working
on a book to be issued by Whitman Publishing Company.  It will cover
the first twenty years or so of projected films, commencing circa
1895 and ending circa 1915.

I desire to buy, rent (seriously), or borrow any original catalogues
showing photoplayers, Wurlitzer PianOrchestras (such as the 1912 color
catalogue), Caille and Mills illustrated song machines (for penny
arcades), and similar.  I would be very appreciative and, of course,
would credit anyone who can help.
