Hofbauer 20er Harmonipan
By Tony Beugelsdijk

A friend is interested in selling his Hofbauer 20er Harmonipan. I have
taken a look at it, and it needs a fair amount of maintenance to bring
it back into playing condition (e.g., re-leathering the bellows, re-
placing drive belts and air hoses, general cleaning, re-voicing).

The organ appears to have been assembled from a kit distributed by
Fischer Organ Co., of Erie, Pa., in the 60's or 70's. It seems well
made, but the case shows considerable wear. There is a multi-tune roll
installed, but I don't know the number of songs or their titles.

I have a few questions and hope there are enough readers with some
answers on MMD:

    1. Is roll music still available for this organ?
    2. Are repair parts available?
    3. What would be a fair price (or range) to offer for it?

Thanks in advance for any information.
