The web site  http://www.tsi301.com/main.htm  talks glowingly of their
product TSI301, but also mentions that it is not the right one for use
near or on plastics.  They seem to have an upgraded product, TSI321,
that works on everything.  It is also available in a squirt bottle
instead of aerosol, so getting it to France should not be a problem.
I have emailed them for a little more info as to whether you sacrifice
anything from the 301 by using 321.
