The 10.5-inch-wide roll is most probably, as Robbie says, for the
Story and Clark roll-playing organ. You can confirm this by the female
square drive hole in the right hand spool flange.
Both Story and Clark and QRS made rolls for this type of organ, which
had the same scale as the more common Aeolian Grand / Orchestrelle.
The Story and Clark organs were usually designated 'Orpheus Grand' and
the rolls also have this title on the labels.
