Re-opening of the Musical Museum in Brentford
By Herbert Crandell

How wonderful to learn that this treasure has formally opened in
proper and adequate quarters! Hopefully, the value of the dollar
against the pound will improve and make it possible for many of us
to visit.

I remember making the somewhat complicated and time-consuming trip
in 1978 from central London to the Museum. It was, indeed, in the
"ramshackle surroundings of St. George's church" mentioned by Jeffrey
Borinsky, but meeting Frank Holland and getting a look at what it all
might become was a real treat.

I congratulate all who have been involved in this project and wish
them the very best for a successful future.

Herb Crandell
