I just received these data from the widow with the calliope pipes
[080620 MMDigest].  Note there are 43 pipes, not 44, which may help
nail down the make and model.

I don't know if she measured from the tip of the toe to the top of the
pipe, or from the mouth, but I suspect the former.  What she sent me,
verbatim:

  Here's what I have: 2 each of the following sizes: 4.25", 4.5", 4.75",
  4-7/8", 5.25", 5.5", 6-5/8", 7", 7.25", 7.75", 8.25", 9", 10", 11",
  12", 13.75", 14.75", 16.5", 18", 20", 21.5", and 1 @ 23", for a total
  of 43 pipes.  Hope this helps.  What more info do you need?
