I tried sending an email to Mike Knudsen, with cc to Paul Camps, to
thank them for their contributions to the theme valve discussion.  I've
just returned home from a weekend away to find that the message had
bounced back.  So I'm saying thank-you here, instead.

I've already lost email contact with Bruce Grimes and Bob Billings
because their email server won't accept overseas messages, at least
not from undesirables like me.  I'm reminded of the Arthur C. Clarke
short story in which, one by one, the stars start going out.
