New Duo-Art Rolls From Julian Dyer
By Bruce Grimes

Julian Dyer seems to have done it again. It's like coming across new
old-stock originals, at least as far as the perforating is concerned.
Finally the project the Powells started, recutting the entire Ring
Cycle, is completed with the cutting of the three-roll set of
Siegfried. Now both Siegfried and Die Valkyrie are available from
Julian on his new, thin paper.

Cheap? Yes, if you consider that these rolls are cut like originals
and have a life of another 100 years in front of them.

For the Milne lovers (like me) he has also done numbers 10, 16, 21, and
22. One of the no.10's has "Forty Second Street" on it; no. 21 has
"Inka Dinka Doo"; no. 22 has "Boulevard of Broken Dreams."

Truly, if you haven't tried Julian's rolls, it's time to do that. If
your Duo-Art is running like it should and can, you'll hear the
difference. There hasn't been anything like it since Aeolian was
cutting Duo-Art rolls.
