Dear Noel and Group,  It has been noted that the contributions to MMD
are heavily weighted toward the keyboard and organ interests.  There
is a reason -- Robbie and Matthew can publish only what they receive!

Those of us who are interested in the musical boxes and whistlers and
novelties only have to send something in to get a new commentary going.
We are apparently either not as verbal, or have less problems to discuss
(tongue in cheek)!  Whenever anything is asked about musical boxes,
several members of MMD answer each time.

Let's see if I can start a string.  If any of the MMD members have or
know of any music boxes with a comb stamped "f. nicole" I would like to
have the serial number and a brief description.  I have been compiling
a data base of these boxes for about 15 years and always am interested
in adding to my list.  I will gladly share my list with anyone who is
interested.
