Hello John, I have been transcribing, scanning, and reproducing
organette rolls since 1996. I designed and built an original optical
scanner and associated software in March 2001, and have successfully
scanned rolls for the McTammany 14-note, Celestina, Symphonia,
Tanzbaer, Triola, and other small formats (less than 8.5" wide).
I have punched several hundred rolls for the Celestina and Symphonia
organettes. There is a page about it on my web site (URL below).
The scanner is definitely still active; contact me directly if you
want to know more.
