I own a Edgerton KT Special replica which has had very little use over
the years.  When I went to turn it on, the rewind engaged and now will
not disengage.  I went over the tracker bar with a vacuum pump as well
as checking for all hoses and they all seem to be attached.

Is there a "quick check" for me to diagnose why it won't go into play
mode?
