Hi Scott,  Hidden Drum and Bell musical boxes are far more rare than
the ones that have the drum and bells exposed.  They are also generally
much superior in musicality.  The photo of the tune card is not a good
enough to identify it but with a better photo, and also a photo of the
serial number and -- as odd as it sounds! -- the winding lever, it
should be fairly easy to identify it.

It is nice to see musical box questions on MMD.  Those of us who
specialize in musical box appreciate the challenge of helping identify.
