Hi Jody,  I just wanted to encourage you and those who post.
A recent post looked at the slow downward trend of MMD postings.
Though I may not be so involved to have anything to say I do enjoy
the comments and stories and have learnt much about all sorts of
things relating to mechanical music.

I own a 106-year-old Kalliope from Germany and salivate whenever
I get to visit a mechanical music museum.  The passing of someone
intimately involved with a collection of kind is a wonderful
celebration of thankfulness and a reminder that the legacy is being
passed on.  The current format of daily postings together is a very
easy format for me to view and select those that interest me.  It is
my breakfast reading!
