The attached photos are of a Farrand-Cecilian built in 1909.  This
is a really fine, high quality upright piano.  It is beautiful,
plus it sounds fantastic, in spite of its age.

The player action is missing, but I have in my shop the top action
for one of these pianos.  It has a most unique exchangeable 65- or
