Easiest vs. Hard to Rebuild Player Actions

Interesting list, Luke.  I think you'd best say "in general..."
as there are many variables involved, and one big one is the climate
the player action has been subjected to.  For instance, I once did
a M. Schulz action that had been in high enough humidity that it was
easy to take the little valve pneumatics off and apart.  It wasn't
a bad rebuild job at all!

Now, getting back to your list, I would add Simplex just ahead of the
Gulbransen screwed stack -- they're almost mirrors of each other, but
the Gulbransen motor is more difficult to rebuild.  I would put the
Wurlitzer behind the Schulz, at least the two-stack single valve
version, as it too requires sawing apart somewhat like the Gulbransen
glued stack.  Of course, this is all just opinions!
