If the cylinder doesn't need repinning, I basically agree with Tony
Ciuffini's evaluation of the unrestored Paillard box.  While there
is one broken tooth, there was no mention of any tooth tips broken,
nor of the condition of the cylinder pins, nor if it actually plays!
You can't really come up with a number without finding out any or
all the ailments the box might have!

The tune selections are very good too!
