I am looking for a small plug or adapter for a lamp size plug that
has two horizontal blades.  The only plugs I have found so far are 
made for really large equipment and I haven't found any adapter.
The adapter should convert to a vertical plug (2-blade).  If you
have one or know where I can find one, I would appreciate any help
you can give.
