Hi all,  A friend is working on a Robert Loud player piano that is
quite early.  It has a mechanical tracking system that rides against
floating take-up spool flanges and he is quite perplexed because he
hasn't figured out how to get the little beast to work.  Any thoughts,
comments, or words of wisdom?
