Unknown Orchestrion Rolls 11-3/4 Inches Wide

These rolls are definitely not Hupfeld rolls.  The Clavitist rolls
have 10 metallophone tracks, 5 on the 5 first holes and on track 73
to 77.  On track 6 is the mandolin rail "On" command.  Drums and
expression tracks are in the middle.

This unknown roll looks completely different.  The Sinfonie-jazz plays
standard style rolls based on the 88-note format so that doesn't apply
either.

I have no clue what the pictured roll is for but I'm curious to
find out.
