I agree wholeheartedly with David Saul.  I believe we are in an era
where some persons think that the right word, such as "Steampunk,"
will suddenly elevate a decrepit machine or part of a machine to the
highest levels of glory.  Like David, it bugs me when I see this
silly label applied to -- you name it!

Another ridiculous misuse of words is when an individual decides to
describe an instrument as "rare."  You will come across _hundreds_
of so-called "rare" items on eBay, which is the father auction site
to all of the "rarest" merchandise in the world.
