Hello Bill,  after reading your email and the emails from the others,
especially Richard Dutton, I can't confirm tune 4 neither as "Bethany"
("Nearer My God to Thee") nor as Haydn "Jesus is the King of Glory".

The Haydn piece I found on several disc music boxes, but it's totally
different to the 4th tune of this music box of the English lady.  So
the riddle is not solved yet, it must be another title, which we still
have to find out.
