If they are wooden pipes, virtually any pipe organ builder can make
you a replacement set and voice them to suit you. You'd probably be
asked to send them two adjacent pipes so they can match the scale.
They will need to know the wind pressure and also whether you want
the same volume or more or less.

If they are metal pipes, both Rick Renko (he's on Facebook) and
A. R. Schopp and Sons can make them for you. They are both highly
reputable and skilled. Or you could turn to OSI Supply as mentioned
recently, or possibly Arndt.

And there are a couple of pipe organ builders that still make their
own metal pipes, right down to melting and casting the metal; which
ones don't come to mind at the moment.
