For sale: 1926 Steinway XR, price $7,000 or best offer, with 75-ish
rolls. Serial No. 239861. A refinished Steinway XR piano that has
played beautifully for the last 35-40 years. The Duo-Art was rebuilt
in the early 1980s, and the piano was purchased and moved to Phoenix
in 1993.

The well cared for instrument plays on, but the Duo-Art is now need
of rebuilding, again, as it no longer plays rolls successfully. I have
pictures I can forward to you if you are interested. It was used in
a recording I produced 15 years ago, and you can hear the quality that
it is able to produce.
