[ Ref. Luca Pastore in 220702 and 220703 MMDs ]

Luca Pastore mentioned how some of the rolls Milne arranged were
based from scores and actual recordings. A perfect example of this
is the medley roll, "Blue Hawaii" and "Sweet Is The Word For You,"
in which Milne practically copied Bing Crosby's recording of both.
