Nope...... use a 35 mm microfilm camera, 16mm image far too small. 70mm would be even better, but not routinely available. Hmmmnnnnnnn........ what about an old 8 x 10 view camera loaded with fine grain high contract film? Most every city has a photo studio somewhere with a large format view camera hidden in a back storage room.

Here's the specs you asked for. Hopefully, a 'mask' can be developed from these dimensions. Let me know if further data needed.

KALLIOPE DISK MUSIC BOX
Coin-Op Upright Model 200 w/saucer bells
As per pages 110/111 of Bowers' Encyclopedia
Refer to illustration on page 111 for data below.

Uses 64.5 cm diameter disks (25 1/8")

The music combs are in 6 segments, 3 opposing sets

- bass - 36 notes each side = 72 notes
- treble - 36 notes each side = 72 notes
- bells - 6 each side = 12 bells

Music scale ascends from center lowest bass.
Bass comb segments close to center, bells on perimeter

The opposing segments span a total of 11", bottom of bass through top of bells.

The opposing bass segments are 6 9/16" each
The opposing treble segments are 3 5/16" each
The opposing bell segments are 17/16" each

Note the spacing in the treble segments are exactly half that of the bass segments.

The total span includes 3 idler wheels on which the disks ride, located between the segments. The 2 treble sections have 2 silent notes at top and bottom opposite the 2 lower idler wheels, for a total of 4 silent notes.

The disks have a 12 1/2" radius, from center point to outer rim.

The disks are rim driven, and the drive perforations are each 1/4" and located 12 1/8" from center point.

1st bass note is 1" from center point.
Last bell note is 12" from center point.

Each note is driven by an individual star wheel
