Hi All,  From Nevin Engle's description of the valves and pouches,
it sounds like the action is the later style Otto Higel with the
zephyr-skin pouch blocks.  What would confirm this is the presence of
the spring-metal piece that held two adjacent pouch blocks in place.
A picture of the valve assembly would be helpful.
