Please advise, as I live in Tokyo and phoning costs an arm and
a leg, and snail mail certainly lives up to its name.  A few days
ago I received a letter that was mailed in Oklahoma on Nov. 20!

The US Postal Service could learn from the Japanese postal system
-- a letter mailed in Tokyo today is delivered in Tokyo tomorrow!
