I personally was happy to see the PPCo online catalog.  The quality of
the scanning is adequate.  Keep in mind that PPCo is a small company
doing a very good job of giving old-fashioned service, and providing
materials most of us can't get elsewhere.  Web services are expensive.

I've tried to deal with the big piano supply companies, and they won't
even talk to me because I'm not "professional."

I have also seen remarks in MMD about quality, and I believe Durrell
and his crew do their utmost to obtain and sell the very best they can,
especially considering the product line has very limited demand, and
manufacturers are rare.
