Piano Roll Label Adhesive
By John Phillips

Hello MMD. Joyce Bright asks about an adhesive suitable for fixing
labels onto roll leaders. Try the world-famous #320 Player Piano
Glue from Durrell Armstrong, Joyce. I think this is really PVC-E,
but I'll be happy to be corrected on that point.

I've used it a few times when I've had to make a new leader for
a roll and it seems to work well, although I can't say how strongly
it will be holding on in twenty years. I also use this glue when
I'm fixing labels on my bottles of fruit wine. Slightly watered down,
that glue sticks paper labels to glass very well, but the labels
aren't too hard to get off when I want to use the bottles again after
a couple of years.
