My mom has had a Seeburg Model L cabinet piano nickelodeon for over
50 years.  I believe it is about a 1921 model, with late style pump
and full length doors.  It was completely restored about 15 years
ago by Mr. John Cookston in Memphis, Tennessee, with all new bellows,
hoses, and custom art glass.

She has decided to sell it but now it won't play.  I spent about
five hours with it when I visited at Christmas, and thought I had it
whipped.  The leather valves in three of the four pump bellows were
not seating in the vacuum pump and it was operating at 25% capacity.

Repairing the bellows brought the vacuum way up at the pump intake
but I'm losing it somewhere.  Since it was working fine in previous
years I am optimistically concluding that it is a fairly simple fix
but I am unable to find any documentation or expertise locally.

I would like to find someone in the Memphis area that could take
a look at it or, absent that, some documentation for the instrument.

I'd appreciate any thoughts.
