What odd circumstances.  I'm inclined to say the organ console is
Aeolian although I personally have never seen one that could not be
hand played.  It appears the normal Aeolian controls (Play/Rewind,
Tempo and manual switching) are on the front apron just left of center.
The visible roll is probably a 176-note scale, although it looks
slightly smaller, but it's definitely wider than the 58/116-note scale.

Five swell shoes is definitely unusual and I wonder if the reason they
are so narrow is to preclude accidental movement of more than one at a
time by untrained operators.  Some close-ups of the beast would reveal
a lot.  Also curious about pipe chambers and anything remaining in them.
