Hide Glue & Fish Glue

Hello Howard.  I'd suggest that you keep the glue pot.  It's good for
many things, as are both the fish glue and the liquid hide glue, but
the quickness with which it sets make the hot glue much better for many
of our uses.  The liquid type is good for on-site repairs, but it must
be allowed to set and dry, which can take some time depending upon the
weather, temperature, etc.  The hot stuff just has to cool off!
