Stripped Screw Holes in Wood

The last time I had problems with stripped screw holes, I worked some
sawdust into the hole, and added a couple drops of super-glue.  Let it
dry thoroughly (for a day or so) before putting the screw back in place.
It worked very well, and was as tight as new wood.
